The key(whole) production position:
1. Blank sheet Feeding & Forming
Step 1:Pre-cut steel sheets are loaded via vacuum suction system → Precision rollers feed blanks into rounding station
Step 2:Hydraulic forming molds shape the cylinder → Resistance welding ensures seamless side joints
2. Rounding & Welding(FH-20-48ZD)
Rounding rollers shape the blank → Forming mechanism completes the cylinder → Resistance welding seals the side seam.
3. Coating (Optional)
A rotating magnetic conveyor applies inner/outer coating or powder coating (customized for rust prevention).
4. Flanging & Bottom Sealing(BC-Round-60cpm-auto)
Upright conveyor positions the can → Flanging molds form the rim → Auto lid feeder places the bottom → Seaming head crimps the base.
5. Can Turning & Top Sealing(BC-Round-60cpm-auto)
Can Turner flips the body → Repeat lid feeding & seaming for the top.
6. Lug Welding
Side seam indexing ensures precision → Vibratory bowl feeds lugs → Dual-spot welder attaches handles.(customized for 2L,3.5L,4L,5L which needs handles)
7. Leak Test & Packaging (BC-R-R24-65)or (BC-R-R18-48)
Air pressure tester rejects defective cans → Conveyor transports approved cans to packaging.
